Mitchell Hale retired 17 of the final 18 batters he faced as the Auburn baseball team erased a 2-0 first inning deficit to beat Eastside 12-2 in six innings on Wednesday night in Riner.
Hale threw a complete game with four strikeouts and no walks. He also drove in two runs at the plate for the Eagles (14-1). Matthew Altizer tallied three hits, including an RBI double, and Talan Mower added two RBIs.

Jayden Schwartz went 3-for-4 with three runs and three RBIs as the Warriors routed the Cavaliers.
